What are the requirements to join Hyphae as an influencer?

If you are over 18 years old and have at least 700 Instagram followers, you are eligible to sign up.

How do I get paid?

After your request to join a campaign has been accepted by a business, we will be in contact to walk you through the process. You will be paid via PayPal immediately after we verify that your campaign image has been live for 48 hours.

How can I contact the company I am posting a campaign for?

All campaigns are handled by Hyphae, so if you have any questions or queries, please contact us at contact@hyphae.co.uk

How long do campaigns last?

When creating campaigns, businesses can select any start and end date they desire to run the campaign. Influencers can choose any time within this range to post the content, however the post must stay live for a minimum of 48 hours before payment will be authorized.

How do I know what to post?

Once your request to join a campaign has been accepted, you will find the campaign has moved from the ‘New’/’Interested’ tab to the ‘Accepted’ tab on the dashboard. You will be able to see the campaign description and instructions, as well as instructions for the caption to go along with your post.

Business FAQ:

Do I have to create my own campaign image?

No! With Hyphae you have the freedom to either have influencers post content you have already designed, or get them to create the content themselves! If the latter would require influencers to receive products, please reach out to us at contact@hyphae.co.uk so we can help arrange for this to happen smoothly.

When do I pay for my campaign?

You only have to pay for the campaign after accepting influencers’ requests to join the campaign. At this stage, we will hold your payment until we have verified the influencer has posted the campaign for at least 48 hours, prior to sending them the money. If the campaign is not live for 48 hours, or does not meet any of your other specifications, you will receive a full refund.

What if I do not like the influencers' content?

If the content does not match your description and brief, or is not live for the specified 48 hours, you will receive a full refund. Therefore, we encourage businesses to include some simple “Do’s and Don’ts” in their campaign brief to ensure influencers create the perfect campaigns for you!
